SLAMD is no longer under active development. It remains useful for performance testing, and many organizations continue to use it on a daily basis, but at the present time there are no plans to continue to improve it. The files associated with the most recent 2.0.1 release are provided on this site so they are still available for use.

At some point in the future, we would like to pursue creating a replacement for SLAMD with a much better and more future-proof design. However, there are no definite plans to do so at the present time.

• slamd-2.0.1.zip -- The complete SLAMD 2.0.1 download, including the client and server files and a Tomcat web container.
• slamd-2.0.1.war -- The SLAMD server as a WAR file that may be deployed in any web container.
• slamd-2.0.1-src.tar.gz -- The source code for the 2.0.1 release.
• slamd-2.0.1-javadoc.zip -- A zip file containing all of the javadoc generated from the 2.0.1 source code.
• slamd-2.0.1-license.txt -- The Sun Public License 1.0, under which SLAMD is made available.
